This program is a beacon of hope, offering financial aid, emotional support, and practical resources to help patients and families through the most difficult time in their lives.

MEET JULIET
In July 2023, two-year-old Juliet was diagnosed with metastatic, high-risk neuroblastoma. Juliet and her mom, Maria, traveled from her home to the DFCI Pediatric Resource Program for a stem cell transplant. Unfortunately, Juliet has experienced significant and ongoing post-transplant complications and remained hospitalized in Boston—primarily in the ICU—for more than 1 year. During this extraordinarily long hospital stay, our partnership with the DFCI Pediatric Program has helped Juliet and her family with transportation, meals, and assistance with other important bills at home.
