Hope Strengthens Foundation is proud to announce that the latest recipient of the Alexandra “Ally” Smith Memorial Scholarship is Allison Brown.
Ally Smith was the first person that Hope Strengthens Foundation was privileged to support. Ally suffered a traumatic brain injury and facial trauma in an automobile accident. She had three major surgeries and endured an arduous rehabilitation process. Sadly, Ally passed away on November 19th, 2012 due to complications that resulted from her accident.
Allison Brown graduated from Walpole High School this spring and is preparing to focus on health-related studies at Marquette University. We are thrilled to recognize Allison as she personifies the character and qualities we look for in honoring Ally Smith’s memory through this scholarship program.
