Late last year, we shared Jackie Whitman’s incredible story of resilience following her battle with septic shock and heart failure. Her journey involved multiple surgeries and the partial amputation of several fingers and both legs below the knee.
To support her recovery, we asked our donor base to help cover the costs of Jackie’s prosthetics. Earlier this month, Jackie and her husband, Brian, traveled to A Step Ahead Prosthetics and Orthotics to be fitted for her new, customized prosthetics—fully funded by you, our Hope Strengthens Foundation community.
While there is still work to fine-tune the fit to her future goals, Jackie is already seeing strong results. Thank you for making this important milestone possible!
